跗骨窦入路结合微创接骨板治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折的疗效观察 被引量:1

Effect of Tarsal Sinus Approach Combined with Minimally Invasive Plate for Sanders Type II Calcaneal Fracture

摘要 目的探讨跗骨窦入路结合微创接骨板治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院自2016年10月至2018年10月收治的72例SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为两组,对照组(36例,给予传统切开复位手术治疗)与研究组(36例,给予跗骨窦入路结合微创接骨板治疗),比较两组患者临床治疗有效率、切口长度、AOFAS评分及术后并发症。结果研究组患者的临床治疗有效率(97.22%)明显高于对照组(80.56%),有显著差异(P<0.05)。研究组患者的切口长度(6.23±1.01)短于对照组(12.23±1.33),有显著差异(P<0.05)。研究组患者的AOFAS评分(85.34±6.34)高于对照组(73.11±4.23),有显著差异(P<0.05)。研究组患者的术后并发症发生率(2.78%)明显低于对照组(13.89%),有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论跗骨窦入路结合微创接骨板治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折可提高临床疗效,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of tarsal sinus approach combined with minimally invasive plate for Sanders type II calcaneal fracture.Methods The clinical data of 72 Sanders type II calcaneal fractures admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:the control group(36 cases,given traditional open reduction surgery)and the study group(36 cases,given tarsal sinus approach combined with minimally invasive plate treatment).The effective rate,B?hler angle,gissane angle,calcaneus height and calcaneus width of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group(97.22%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.56%)(P<0.05).The incision length of the study group(6.23±1.01)was shorter than that of the control group(12.23±1.33),with significant difference(P<0.05).The AOFAS score of the study group(85.34±6.34)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.11±4.23)(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(2.78%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.89%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Tarsal sinus approach combined with minimally invasive plate for sanders type II calcaneus fracture can improve the clinical effect and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
