临床药学服务对高血压患者用药合理性及依从性的影响

Effect of Clinical Pharmacy Service on Rationality and Compliance of Medication for Patients with Hypertension

目的探究临床药学服务对高血压患者用药合理性及依从性的影响。方法将2016年2月至2017年2月进入我院实行常规护理的58例高血压患者划分为对照组,将2017年3月至2018年3月进入我院实行临床药学服务的58例高血压患者划分为观察组,对比2组患者用药不合理事件发生率、用药依从性及用药不良反应发生率。结果①对比统计结果发现,对照组与观察组用药不合理事件发生率分别为24.14%及3.45%二者相比差异明显,2组数据具备统计学研究意义(P<0.05)。②对照组与观察组用药依从率分别为82.76%及94.83%,二者相比差异明显,2组数据具备统计学研究意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者实行临床药学服务的效果良好,能明显降低用药不合理事件发生率大大增强用药依从性,减少用药不良反应发生率;因此,值得在临床护理领域中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical pharmaceutical care on the rationality and compliance of drug use in patients with hypertension.Methods 58 patients with hypertension who entered our hospital for routine nursing from February 2016 to February 2017 were divided into control group and 58 patients with hypertension who entered our hospital for clinical pharmaceutical care from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into observation group.The incidence of unreasonable drug use events,drug compliance and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Result(1)The statistical results showed that the incidence of irrational drug use events in the control group and the observation group were 24.14%and 3.45%respectively.The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The compliance rates of the control group and the observation group were 82.76%and 94.83%respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups.The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of clinical pharmaceutical care for hypertensive patients is good,which can significantly reduce the incidence of irrational drug use events,greatly enhance drug compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.Therefore,it is worth using and promoting in the field of clinical nursing.
