地屈孕酮片治疗先兆流产的有效性与安全性评价

Effectiveness and Safety Evaluation of Diazoprogesterone Tablets in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion

目的分析地屈孕酮片对治疗先兆流产的有效性和安全性。方法选取先兆流产孕妇128例,均为我院2017年8月至2018年8月收治,随机分组,对照组(n=64)采用肌肉注射黄体酮的方式治疗,每天1次,每次20 mg,观察组(n=64)采用口服地屈孕酮片的方式治疗,1天3次,首次服40 mg,之后每次服10 mg,比较两组的总有疗效、临床症状改善时间、保胎成功率和不良反应发生率,两组患者均用药至临床症状消失。结果观察组的总有疗效为95.31%,高于对照组的79.69%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组的止血时间、腹痛缓解时间、腰酸痛缓解时间均短于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组保胎成功61例,成功率95.31%,对照组保胎成功52例,成功率81.25%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;两组均没有发生不良反应,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论对先兆流产孕妇给予地屈孕酮片治疗,可提高总有疗效,缩短临床症状改善时间,提高保胎率,具有非常重要的临床指导价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of diprogesterone tablets in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods 128 pregnant women with threatened abortion were selected.They were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018.They were randomly grouped.The control group(n=64)was treated with intramuscular progesterone once a day.20 mg,The observation group(n=64)was treated with oral degenerative ketone tablets three times a day,40 mg for the first time,and then 10 mg each time,comparing the total efficacy of the two groups,the time for improvement of clinical symptoms,the success rate of retention of the fetus,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Both groups of patients were treated until the clinical symptoms disappeared.Results The total efficacy of the observation group was 95.31%,higher than that of the control group 79.69%,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;The hemostasis time,abdominal pain relief time,and waist pain relief time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;In the observation group,61 cases were successful,the success rate was 95.31%,52 cases were successful,and the success rate was 81.25%.P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;No adverse reactions occurred in both groups,P>0.05,no statistical significance.Conclusion The treatment of dioprogesterone tablets for pregnant women with threatened abortion can improve the total curative effect,shorten the time of improvement of clinical symptoms,and increase the rate of retention of fetuses.It has very important clinical guidance value.
