奈达铂分别联合紫杉醇和培美曲塞一线治疗肺腺癌的临床效果比较

Clinical Efficacy of Nedaplatin Combined with Paclitaxel and Pemetrexed in the First-line Treatment of Lung Adenocarcinoma

目的探究奈达铂分别联合紫杉醇和培美曲塞一线治疗肺腺癌的临床效果。方法选取2016年11月至2018年4月在本院接受治疗的148例肺腺癌患者,随机分为A组(74例)和B组(74例)。A组采用奈达铂联合培美曲塞治疗方式,B组采用奈达铂联合紫杉醇治疗方式,分别比较两组患者的治疗有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果A组患者的临床疗效要较优于B组患者的临床疗效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组患者的骨髓抑制率要较高于A组患者的骨髓抑制率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论奈达铂分别联合紫杉醇和培美曲塞一线治疗肺腺癌患者均取得了良好的临床疗效,但在治疗时应综合考虑各项因素,降低患者不耐受骨髓抑制等不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nedaplatin combined with paclitaxel and pemetrexed in the first-line treatment of lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 148 patients with lung adenocarcinoma treated in our hospital from November 2016 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into group A(74 cases)and group B(74 cases).Group A was treated with nedaplatin combined with pemetrexed,and group B was treated with nedaplatin combined with paclitaxel.The efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The clinical effect of group A was better than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone marrow suppression rate of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Nedaplatin combined with paclitaxel and pemetrexed in the first-line treatment of lung adenocarcinoma has achieved good clinical efficacy,but various factors should be taken into account in the treatment to reduce adverse reactions such as intolerance to bone marrow suppression.
