《黄帝内经》理论皮肤科疑难病的临床应用举隅

Examples of Clinical Application of Difficult Dermatological Diseases in Huangdi Neijing

目的分析研究临床皮肤科疑难病症根据《黄帝内经》理论治疗应用举隅。方法回顾性分析本院收治的4例皮肤科难治病患者,根据《黄帝内经》理论对其进行辨证论治,分析其治疗结果。结果本组4例难治皮肤病患者,均治愈,治愈率100%。其中1例于2013年3月21日就诊为特异性皮炎10年,属风寒湿三气杂至,合而为痹,前后调方4次历时近四个月,十几年皮肤顽疾告愈。1例于2018年7月16日就诊为血管炎性荨麻疹五六年,属少阴有余病皮痹廕疹,前后20剂药病告愈。1例于2013年1月2日就诊为满脸痤疮,属于风寒在下,燥热在上,湿气在中,火游行其中,前后服药20剂病痊愈。1例于2013年6月11日就诊为过敏性鼻炎多,属于阳气起于足五指之表,阴脉者集于足下,而聚于足心,经治疗后巩固。结论对皮肤科难治疾病根据《黄帝内经》理论施药,对顽疾治疗效果较佳。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical application of difficult dermatological diseases in accordance with the theory of Huangdi Neijing.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 4 patients with refractory dermatological diseases in our hospital.According to the theory of Huangdi Neijing,they were treated according to syndrome differentiation,and the treatment results were analyzed.Results All 4 patients with refractory dermatosis were cured,the cure rate was 100%.One of them was diagnosed as specific dermatitis for 10 years on March 21,2013.It belongs to wind,cold and dampness mixed with three qi,and combined with arthralgia.It took nearly four months to adjust the prescription before and after,and the skin diseases recovered in more than ten years.One case was diagnosed as vasculitis urticaria on July 16,2018.It belonged to skin palsy and eczema of Shaoyin excess disease,and 20 doses of medicine were cured.On January 2,2013,one patient was diagnosed with acne,which belonged to wind-cold,heat-dryness,dampness and fire parade.He was cured by taking 20 doses of medicine before and after treatment.One case was diagnosed as allergic rhinitis on June 11,2013.It belongs to the surface of the five fingers from which Yang Qi arises.The pudendal veins are concentrated under the feet and in the foot heart,which is consolidated after treatment.Conclusion According to the theory of Huangdi Neijing,the treatment of refractory dermatological diseases is better.
