益气散结法治疗小儿腺样体肥大35例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect Observation on 35 Cases of Adenoid Hypertrophy in Children Treated with the Method of Replenishing Qi and Dispersing Knots

目的本次实验将采用益气散结法对小儿腺样体肥大患者进行治疗分析。方法本次实验选取了2018年1月-2018年12月在本院进行治疗的患者为对象,经过检查后均已确诊为小儿腺样体肥大,而符合实验要求的人数有35例,通过实施中医治疗措施,进一步观察益气散结法的有效率。结果从治疗总有效率上看,治疗2个月的时候为97.1%,治疗1个月的时候为74.3%,疗程对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在腺样体肥大程度上,在不同的疗程上也有明显差异,即在治疗2个月后,则有着更好地表现,即为18例,12例,3例和2例,效果令人满意。结论采用益气散结法对小儿腺样体肥大患者的治疗效用良好,有利于患儿病情的早日康复,值得推广应用。

Objective This experiment will use the method of replenishing qi and dispersing knots to treat children with adenoidal hypertrophy.Method This experiment selected the patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 as the object.After examination,all the patients were diagnosed as children with adenoidal hypertrophy,while 35 cases met the experimental requirements.Through the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment measures,further observation of benefits was made.The efficiency of gas dispersion method.Result From the total effective rate of treatment,97.1%at 2 months of treatment and 74.3%at 1 month of treatment,the difference of course of treatment is significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the degree of adenoidal hypertrophy,there are also significant differences in different courses of treatment,that is,after two months of treatment,there are better performance,that is,18 cases,12 cases,3 cases and 2 cases,the effect is satisfactory.Conclusion Yiqi Sanjie method is effective in treating children with adenoidal hypertrophy,which is conducive to the early recovery of children's condition and worthy of popularization and application.
