补肺汤加减治疗肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Bufei Decoction in the Treatment of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of Lung-Qi Deficiency Type

目的分析补肺汤加减治疗肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月至2017年10月在我院接受治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者98例作为此次研究对象,根据上述患者的临床治疗方式差异将其划分为观察组与对照组各49例,其中观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上为患者加用补肺汤治疗,对照组患者仅接受常规治疗,治疗结束后对比两组患者的病情改善情况。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率要明显高于对照组,观察组患者治疗结束后肺功能改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肺汤加减治疗肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者能够有效改善患者的临床症状,促进患者肺功能的好转,治疗效果比较显著,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Bufei Decoction on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung-spleen deficiency type.Methods 98 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research object.According to the difference of clinical treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated with Bufei Decoction on the basis of routine treatment,while those in control group received routine treatment only,and the treatment was concluded.The improvement of the two groups was compared after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the improvement of pulmonary function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after the treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Bufei Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the pulmonary function of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung-spleen deficiency type.The therapeutic effect is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing.
