神经内科护理中脑卒中康复护理的临床效果分析

目的对神经内科护理过程中,脑卒中患者进行护理的临床效果以及恢复状况进行研究分析。方法分别选取2016年6月至2017年5月、2017年9月至2018年10月,在我院进行治疗的脑卒患者60例、80例。分别将其进行标注为A组和B组,使用随机分组的方式,对A组的60例患者和B组的80例患者进行划分,将其评分为A组的对照组与实验组,B组的对照组与实验组。分别对A组和B组进行研究分析,对这两组的对照组实行一般护理,两组实验组在基一般护理的基础上实行康复护理。再对A组和B组当中的实验组与对照组的临床治疗效果与护理的满意程度进行分析。结果通过两组实验的对比结果发现,两组实验组的患者们,经过康复护理之后,临床治疗效果得到了显著的提升,护理满意程度高于对照组。结论对神经内科护理中脑卒患者们实行康复护理,可以提高患者们的护理满意程度,改善患者病情,使其能够早日恢复健康。由此可见,康复护理在临床中值得广泛推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and recovery of patients with cerebral apoplexy during nursing in neurology department.Methods In June 2016-May 2017 and September 2017-October 2018,60 cases and 80 cases of brain stroke patients were treated in our hospital.They were labeled as Group A and Group B respectively.Using random grouping,60 patients in Group A and 80 patients in Group B were divided into control groups and experimental groups in Group A.Group B control group and experimental group.Group A and group B were studied and analyzed respectively,general nursing was carried out on the control group of these two groups,and rehabilitation nursing was carried out on the basis of basic general nursing in two experimental groups.The results of clinical treatment and nursing satisfaction of the experimental and control groups in group A and group B.Results The results of comparison between the two groups showed that the results of clinical treatment improved significantly after the rehabilitation care,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with stroke in neuromedicine can improve their nursing satisfaction,improve their condition and make them able to recover their health as soon as possible.It can be seen that rehabilitation nursing is worth promoting widely in clinical practice.
