个性化心理护理管理在呼吸机依赖老年患者中的实施效果

Effect of Personalized Psychological Nursing Management in Elderly Patients with Ventilator Dependence

目的探讨个性化心理护理管理在呼吸机依赖老年患者中的实施效果。方法在医院2016年8月至2018年8月诊治的呼吸机依赖老年患者中选取112例,予以护理管理:接受常规护理管理者设为对照组(n=56),而在常规护理基础上实行个性化心理护理管理者设为研究组(n=56),对比脱机时间、脱机成功率以及护理前后心理健康状态差异。结果①护理后,研究组的平均SCL-90评分(0.67±0.05)分,低于对照组的(2.77±0.61)分(t=25.676,P=0.000);②研究组撤机成功率94.64%高于对照组的78.57%(χ^2=6.235,P=0.013);③研究组患者平均脱机时间是(8.46±1.35)min,短于对照组患者的平均脱机时间(15.38±2.34)min(t=19.169,P=0.000)。结论个性化心理护理管理在呼吸机依赖老年患者中的实施效果突出,可促使患者快速、顺利脱机,并改善心理健康状态,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized psychological nursing management in elderly patients with ventilator dependence.Methods 112 elderly patients with ventilator dependence were selected from the hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 for nursing management:those who received routine nursing management were set as control group(n=56),while those who implemented personalized psychological nursing management on the basis of routine nursing were set as research group(n=56).The success rate of off-line and the difference of mental health status before and after nursing were compared.Results(1)After nursing care,the average SCL-90 score of the study group was(0.67±0.05),lower than that of the control group(2.77±0.61)(t=25.676,P=0.000);(2)The success rate of weaning was 94.64%in the study group,which was higher than 78.57%in the control group(χ^2=6.235,P=0.013);(3)The average offline time of the study group was(8.46±1.35)min,which was shorter than that of the control group(15.38±2.34)min(t=19.169,P=0.000).Conclusion Personalized psychological nursing management in elderly patients with ventilator dependence has a prominent effect.It can help patients wean off smoothly and improve their mental health,which is worth learning.
