瘢痕子宫再次妊娠早产产妇经阴道分娩的护理效果观察

Observation of Nursing Effect in Vaginal Delivery of Preterm Women with Scarred Uterus

目的观察瘢痕子宫再次妊娠早产产妇经阴道分娩中的护理效果。方法选取我院100例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠早产产妇(2015年12月至2018年12月),根据入院顺序分组,各50例。2组均经阴道分娩,对照组采取常规护理,实验组基于对照组采取针对性护理。观察2组阴道分娩依从性、分娩时间、分娩出血量、住院时间、不良妊娠结局、护理满意度。结果实验组阴道分娩依从率为96.00%,高于对照组76.00%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组分娩出血量较少,住院时间、分娩时间较短(P<0.05);实验组宫缩乏力发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度为94.00%,高于对照组78.00%(P<0.05)。结论瘢痕子宫再次妊娠早产产妇经阴道分娩中采取针对性护理,有助于提高阴道分娩依从性,缩短分娩时间,降低宫缩乏力发生率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of vaginal delivery for preterm women with scarred uterus who are pregnant again.Methods 100 cases of preterm pregnant women with scarred uterus(December 2015-December 2018)were selected and grouped according to the order of admission,50 cases each.Both groups were delivered via vagina.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given targeted nursing based on the control group.Observe vaginal delivery compliance,delivery time,delivery bleeding volume,hospital stay,adverse pregnancy outcomes,nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The compliance rate of vaginal delivery in the experimental group was 96.00%,higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the experimental group had fewer bleeding during delivery,shorter hospital stay and delivery time(P<0.05);the incidence of uterine atony in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 94.00%,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The control group was 78.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing in vaginal delivery of preterm women with scarred uterus is helpful to improve the compliance of vaginal delivery,shorten the delivery time,reduce the incidence of uterine inertia and improve nursing satisfaction.
