整体护理在消化不良患儿中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Holistic Nursing on Children with Dyspepsia

目的探究整体护理在消化不良患儿中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年2月收治的76例消化不良患儿作为研究对象。将所有患儿随机均分成实验组、对照组,各38例。给予对照组患儿常规护理干预,给予实验组患儿整体护理干预。观察、对比两组患儿的护理效果、各症状消退或缓解时间、住院时间、治疗费用及患儿护理前后护理焦虑、抑郁情况、家属护理满意度等。结果实验组患儿总有效率97.37%高于对照组患儿的76.32%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组患儿各项症状消退或缓解时间、住院时间、治疗费用均少于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组患儿护理前焦虑、抑郁评分相比差异不明显,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。两组患儿护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均好于护理前,且实验组患儿焦虑、抑郁评分好于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组患儿家属护理满意度97.37%高于对照组患儿家属的84.21%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论给予消化不良患儿整体护理干预能够有效改善患者病情,缩短症状消退或缓解时间,减少住院时间及治疗费用,利于患儿心理状况改善,提高患儿家属护理满意度,值得临床大力推广及应用。

Objectives Explore the effects of holistic care in children with dyspepsia.Methods 76 children with dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as subjects.All children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,38 cases each.The children in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the overall nursing intervention was given to the children in the experimental group.Observe and compare the nursing effect of the two groups of children,the time of remission or relief of each symptom,the length of hospital stay,the cost of treatment,and the anxiety and depression of the child before and after nursing,and the satisfaction of family members.Results The total effective rate was 97.37%in the experimental group and 76.32%in the control group,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The symptoms of regression or remission time,hospitalization time and treatment cost were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in pre-care anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were better than those before the nursing,and the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The nursing satisfaction of the family members in the experimental group was 97.37%higher than that in the control group,which was 84.21%,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The overall nursing intervention for children with dyspepsia can effectively improve the patient's condition,shorten the time of symptom relief or remission,reduce the length of hospital stay and treatment costs,improve the psychological status of children,and improve the satisfaction of family members'care.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
