临床护理路径(CNP)在食管癌患者围手术期应用的效果分析

目的分析临床护理路径(CNP)应用在食管癌患者围手术期当中的效果。方法选择我院在2017年3月至2018年11月间收治的胸外科食管癌患者,选择90例患者作为研究对象按照随机方法分为常规护理组和临床护理路径组,平均每组患者均为45例,分别对两组患者配合常规护理和临床路径护理,对于所有患者在护理结束后,选择采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价患者的焦虑和抑郁状况,并且选择视觉评分法(VAS)对于所有患者的疼痛状况进行评价,调查患者的生活质量,选择采用SF-36量表进行评价和比较。结果对两组患者进行比较可以得出,本研究的临床护理路径组患者的相关评分都明显比常规护理组更优,两组之间存在统计学差异,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床对于胸外科食管癌患者围手术期当中进行护理时应用临床路径护理进行护理指导可有效的帮助患者缓解不良情绪,缓解患者的疼痛,提升患者的生活质量,具有推广应用的价值。

Objective to analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in perioperative period of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Select our hospital in March 2017 to November 2018 were patients with thoracic esophageal cancer,choose 90 patients as the research object in accordance with the method of random divided into routine nursing and clinical nursing path group,every group of patients are 45 cases,respectively on two groups of patients with routine nursing and clinical nursing path,to evaluate the effect of two groups of patient care and comparison.In all patients at the end of the nursing,the choice by the self-assessment lists of anxiety(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS)evaluation of the patient's anxiety and depression status,and select the visual evaluation method(VAS)pain in all patients condition evaluation,investigation of the patient's quality of life,choose the SF-36 scale evaluation.Results Compares two groups of patients can be concluded that the clinical nursing pathway of the present study group of patients with relevant score were significantly better than the routine nursing group,statistical differences between two groups,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Clinical application of clinical pathway nursing guidance in perioperative nursing of patients with esophageal cancer in thoracic surgery can effectively help patients relieve bad emotions,relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients,which has the value of popularization and application.
