优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死患者中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Quality Nursing Services in Patients with Senile Cerebral Infarction

目的评价优质护理服务应用于老年性脑梗死中临床价值。方法自医院收治的老年性脑梗死患者中挑选85例参与临床研究,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组、观察组,每组患者例数对应为40例、45例,予以对照组常规护理,予以观察组优质护理,比较不同护理方式应用后对患者影响。结果观察组护理后的住院时间、住院费用以及护理满意度、Fugl-Meyer、Barther指数以及总不良反应发生率与对照组比较,组间差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年脑梗死疾病治疗中,开展优质护理服务,可有效改善患者的生理心理状态,提高患者生活质量水平,值得广泛应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of quality nursing services in senile cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-five patients with senile cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital were enrolled in the clinical study.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission.The number of patients in each group was 40 and 45,and the patients in the control group were given routine care.Observe the quality nursing of the group and compare the effects of different nursing methods on the patients.Results The hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,and nursing satisfaction,Fugl-Meyer,Barther index,and total adverse reaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of cerebral infarction in the elderly,the development of quality nursing services can effectively improve the physiological and psychological state of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of widespread application.
