饮食护理在腹泻型肠易激综合征患者中的应用研究

Application of Diet Nursing in Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome Due to Diarrhea

目的探讨饮食护理在腹泻型肠易激综合征患者中的应用研究。方法选取我院2017年8月至2018年8月84例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,按照入院时间分为观察组(42例)与对照组(42例),对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施饮食护理,对比两组患者治疗前后心理状况、生活质量评分及睡眠质量评分。结果治疗前两组患者生活质量、睡眠质量评分及心理状况评分比较无意义(P>0.05);治疗后心理状况评分、睡眠质量评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后两组心理状况、睡眠质量及生活评分对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理在腹泻型肠易激综合征患者中的应用效果显著,可缓解缓和心理压力,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the application of diet nursing in patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.Methods From August 2017-August 2018,84 cases of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients according to admission time divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)and control group routine nursing,diet nursing observation group,compared two groups of patients'psychological status before and after the treatment,the quality of life scores and sleep quality score.Results The scores of life quality,sleep quality and psychological status of patients in the two groups before treatment were insignificant(P>0.05).The scores of psychological status and sleep quality after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in psychological status,sleep quality and life score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary nursing in patients with irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea application effect is significant,can alleviate the psychological pressure,improve the quality of life.
