心理护理在妊高征产妇产后出血80例临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of 80 Cases of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Pregnant Women with Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

目的分析将心理护理应用在妊高征产妇产后出血当中进行护理所取得的效果,以方便为临床干预工作提供科学参考。方法选择2017年1月至2019年4月来我院进行分娩的妊高征产妇80例作为本文的观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行分娩得妊高征产妇80例作为对照组,确保观察组和对照组两组基线资料的基本一致,以方便进行分组对照研究。本文所有对照组患者均通过常规护理进行指导,观察组患者在此基础之上强化心理护理,比较两组不同护理所取得的效果。结果观察组产后出血2例,产后出血发生率为2.50%,对照组产后出血12例,产后出血发生率为15.00%,两组进行差异性比较,P<0.05,存在统计学意义;观察组产后出血量为(265.41±23.52)mL,对照组为(548.61±48.23)mL,P<0.05;观察组患者的SAS评分为(37.55±5.68)分,对照组为(57.45±10.25)分,P<0.05;观察组的满意度评分为(92.08±3.82)分,对照组为(78.93±4.46)分,P<0.05,存在统计学差异性。结论临床对妊高征产妇进行护理的过程中在基础护理之上强化心理干预,能够有效的降低产后出血的发生率,减少产妇的产后出血量,并且能够帮助产妇改善不良情绪,提升满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 80 women with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were used as observation groups,and 80 were selected as the control group,which was combined with psychological care and routine care to compare the effects.Results In the observation group,2 cases had postpartum hemorrhage,the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 2.50%,12 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in the control group,and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 15.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding was(265.41±23.52)mL,and the control group was(548.61±48.23)mL,P<0.05.The SAS score of the observation group was(37.55±5.68)points,and the control group was(57.45±10.25)points,P<0.05;the satisfaction score of the observation group was(92.08±3.82)points,and the control group was(78.93±4.46)points,P<0.05,and there was statistical difference.Conclusion Intervention of high-degree women with psychological care can reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
