优质护理对妊娠糖尿病患者的临床意义研究

Study on the Clinical Significance of Quality Nursing for Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨质护理对妊娠糖尿病患者的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院妇产科就诊80例妊娠糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例在对照组的基础上采取优质护理,比较两组患者对护理的满意度和血糖控制情况。结果试验组的满意率为95.0%,对照组满意率为80.0%,试验组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组空腹血糖、早餐后2 h血糖、中餐后2 h血糖、晚餐后2 h血糖均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者采取优质护理可以有效的提高患者对护理的满意度,有效的控制血糖,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of qualitative nursing in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in liaoning university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of obstetrics and gynecology clinic,80 cases of gestational diabetes patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group,control group 40 cases take routine nursing care,experimental group 40 cases in the control group on the basis of high quality care,compared two groups of patients to nursing satisfaction and glycemic control.Results The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 80.0%.The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 h after breakfast,blood glucose 2 h after lunch,and blood glucose 2 h after dinner were all better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively improve patients'satisfaction with nursing and effectively control blood glucose,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
