新型城镇化进程中长三角城市群生态效率的时空演变及影响因素 被引量:44

Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Eco-Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration in the Process of New Urbanization

摘要 长三角城市群城镇化的快速推进带来经济效益的同时,生态文明建设相对滞后的矛盾日益凸显,生态效率的研究对于协调城镇化发展与生态文明建设的意义重大。基于2003-2017年长三角26市的面板数据,以改进的熵权TOPSIS计算新型城镇化水平,通过随机前沿模型量化生态效率,运用空间混合模型分析其与新型城镇化的关系及影响因素,结果表明:①长三角城市群的生态效率保持稳定的增长趋势,生态效率较低的城市拥有更大的提升空间。②较高生态效率的城市分布格局呈"Z"型集聚,长三角城市群已由中等效率主导阶段向较高效率主导阶段转变。③长三角各省市均达到新型城镇化与生态效率二次关系的拐点值,另外,提高能源利用率、合理引入外商投资、以技术推动经济转型能有效提高生态效率。 During the period of rapid economic development of the urbanization of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,the contradiction of the relative lag of ecological civilization construction is prominent.The study of ecoefficiency is of great significance for coordinating urbanization development and ecological civilization construction.Based on the panel data of 26 cities from 2003 to 2017,the new level of urbanization was calculated using improved entropy weight TOPSIS,the eco-efficiency was calculated through a stochastic frontier model,and the relationship and influence factors between eco-efficiency and new urbanization were analyzed using a spatial hybrid model.The results show that:1)The eco-efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration maintains a steady growth trend,and cities with lower eco-efficiency have greater room for improvement.2)The urban distribution pattern of higher ecoefficiency is"Z"-shaped strip,and the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration has changed from a medium-efficiency leading stage to a higher efficiency leading stage.3)All provinces have reached the inflection point of the new relationship between urbanization and eco-efficiency.In addition,improving energy efficiency and rationally introducing foreign investment to achieve economic innovation and transformation can increase eco-efficiency.
