中空纤维束-套管型气隙式膜蒸馏组件研制与测试

Development and Test of Hollow Fiber Bundle-Sleeve Tube Type Air Gap Membrane Distillation Module

研制了一种结构简单、制作方便的中空纤维束-套管型气隙式膜蒸馏组件,介绍了其结构及工作过程,并制作了膜蒸馏组件的性能测试装置。采用自来水、11Brix苹果汁、50%LiBr水溶液三种料液对膜蒸馏组件的性能进行了测试,得到了该组件在典型运行工况下的膜通量、热效率、截留率等性能数据。

A kind of hollow fiber bundle sleeve type air gap membrane distillation module with simple structure and convenient manufacture was developed.The structure and working process were introduced,and the performance test device of the membrane distillation module was made.The performance of the membrane distillation module was tested using three feed liquids:tap water,11 Brix apple juice,and 50%LiBr aqueous solution.The performance data such as membrane flux,thermal efficiency,and rejection rate of the feed liquid under typical operating conditions were obtained.
