摘要
目前,国内的聚酯树脂企业普遍采用导热油炉进行供热。由于经济发展以及自然环境等因素的影响,不同地区企业的供热方式也不尽相同,常用的供热方式为集中式和分散式导热油炉供热,两者的节能减排效果存在较大差别。以某导热油集中供热系统为例,研究了其节能降耗措施,分析了节能减排效果及收益情况,最后提出了优化系统的相关建议。
At present,domestic polyester resin enterprises generally used heat conduction oil furnace for heat supply.Due to the influence of economic development and natural environment and other factors,the heating modes of enterprises in different regions were also different.The commonly used heating modes were centralized and decentralized heat conduction oil furnaces,which had great differences in energy saving and emission reduction effects.Taking a heat transfer oil centralized heating system as an example,the energy-saving and consumptionreducing measures were studied,the energy-saving and emission-reduction effects and benefits were analyzed,and finally relevant suggestions for optimizing the system were put forward.
