摘要
WC-12Co涂层的组织结构主要取决于喷涂工艺,采用活化燃烧一超音速火焰喷涂(HVAF)工艺喷涂WC-12Co涂层。结果表明:HVAF涂层孔隙率为0.6%,表面粗糙度为Ra1.5,HVAF过程中,粉末粒子的扁平化程度高,涂层组织结构均匀;HVAF焰流中WC基本不发生分解,涂层韧性好,HVAF涂层平均硬度达到1 400 HV0.3。
Microstructure of WC-12Co coating mainly depends on the spraying process. The WC-12Co coating is sprayed by activated combustion-supersonic flame spraying(HVAF). The results show that the porosity of HVAF coating is 0.6% and the surface is rough. The degree is Ra1.5. During the HVAF process, the degree of flattening of the powder particles is high, and the coating structure is uniform;the WC in the HVAF flame flow does not substantially decompose, and the coating toughness is good, and the average hardness of the HVAF coating reaches 1 400 HV0.3.
