摘要
石油工程现场QHSE问题具有数量多、专业类别多、复杂的特点,现场监督人员作为甲方的代表,不仅需要检查发现施工中存在的问题,而且需要对施工中存在的问题持续改进提升管理效益。研究适用于石油工程问题的数据统计分析模型,不仅可以对施工问题进行分类管理、监控管理、研究分析,还可以通过分析解决发现现场施工中的共性问题、重点管控问题、隐患问题,实施相关措施加强复杂因素的管控,在本质上提高施工项目的安全、环保、质量效益。
the QHSE problems on the petroleum engineering site are characterized by a large number,multiple professional categories and complexity.As the representative of party a,the site supervisor not only needs to check and find the problems in the construction,but also needs to continuously improve the management benefits of the problems in the construction.Research applies to the petroleum engineering problem of data statistical analysis model,not only can classifying problem of construction management,monitoring management,research and analysis,also can be found through the analysis to solve the common problems in construction,the key control problems,concerns,the implementation of measures to strengthen the control of complex factors,in essence improve construction project quality,safety and environmental benefits.
