基于公路养护管理现代化形势下职工教育培训工作创新研究

随着我国经济的快速发展,交通运输的进步,公路行业想要寻求新的发展,就需要突破自身的局限,加强人才建设,开展职工教育培训,从而促进现代化形势下公路养护管理工作的开展。本文分析了公路养护职工的发展现状,并提出可行性措施促进职工教育培训创新。

with the rapid development of China's economy,the progress of transportation,the highway industry to seek new development,it needs to break through their own limitations,strengthen the construction of talents,carry out staff education and training,so as to promote the development of highway maintenance and management under the modern situation.This paper analyzes the development status of highway maintenance workers and puts forward feasible measures to promote the innovation of workers'education and training.
