浅谈问题学生的转化

所谓问题学生,是指在学习上、纪律上和行为习惯上都有别于正常学生,并且不能够接受正常教育的学生。这些学生,往往表现你纪律性差、知识基础薄弱、行为习惯不好,扰乱纪律、破坏正常的教学秩序,危害班级体育,甚至于打架斗殴、招惹是非,危害学校甚至于社会。在教育教学中,如果这一部分学生不能够转化,往往会满盘皆输,一事无成。下面,我就结合多年的工作经验,谈谈如何转化这一部分学生。

the so-called problem students,refers to the study,discipline and behavior habits are different from the normal students,and can not receive normal education students.These students,often show you discipline is poor,knowledge foundation is weak,behavior habit is bad,disturb discipline,destroy normal teaching order,endanger class sports,even fight,provoke trouble,endanger the school even society.In education and teaching,if this part of students can not transform,often will lose everything,nothing.Next,I will combine years of work experience,talk about how to transform this part of students.
