广东省精神卫生机构住院患者现状调查

Investigation of the current situation of inpatients in mental health institutions in guangdong province

目的了解广东省精神卫生机构的床位编制、住院患者长期滞留情况和重性精神病分布情况等,为提高精神卫生机构的防治能力提供理论依据。方法采用问卷调查和现场核查法,对广东省两市15家精神卫生机构进行现状调查。结果15家精神卫生机构总编制床数3 280张,实际开放床位4 746张,开放床位是编制床位的144. 70%;长期滞留者(大于3个月) 2 828例,占59. 59%,其中流浪乞讨精神障碍602例,占住院人数的12. 68%;重性精神病3 601例,占75. 87%,其中精神分裂症占57. 31%,双相情感障碍占6. 30%,分裂情感性精神病占0. 40%,癫痫所致精神障碍占2. 02%,精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍占9. 06%,偏执性精神病占0. 78%,另外抑郁症占2. 17%,其他精神疾病占21. 96%。结论广东地区精神卫生机构住院患者仍以精神分裂症等重性精神病为主,编制床位不足和长期住院情况突出,需要进一步加强机构建设、社区康复服务以及扩大服务群体。

Objective To investigate the arrangement of beds,the long-term stay of inpatients and the distribution of serious psychosis in mental health institutions in Guangdong,and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the prevention and treatment ability of mental health institutions. Methods A total of 15 mental health institutions in Guangdong province were surveyed by using questionnaires and on-site verification. Results There were 3 280 authorized beds in 15 mental health institutions,but 4 746 beds were actually opened,accounting for 144. 70% of the authorized beds. There were 2 828 long-term inpatients( over 3 months),which accounted for 59. 59%,Among them,there were 602 cases of vagrants with mental disorder,accounting for 12. 68%. There were 3 601 patients with major psychosis,accounting for 75. 81%,among which 57. 31% were afflicted with schizophrenia,6. 30% with bipolar disorder,0. 40% with schizoaffective psychosis,2. 02% with mental disorders due to epilepsy,9. 06% with mental retardation with mental disorders,0. 78% with paranoid psychosis,2. 17% with depression,and 21. 96% with other mental diseases. Conclusion The inpatients in mental health institutions in Guangdong province are mainly schizophrenics,and the situation of insufficient beds and long-term hospital stays are outstanding problems. It is urgent to strengthen the construction of hospitals,improve the service of community rehabilitation and expand service groups.
