The paper aims to explore the significant role of party branch in the cultural construction of hospital departments. Given the characteristics of nephrology,it explores the leading role of nephrology party branch in guiding political ideology,organizing coordination and service guidance,and discusses the measures and achievements in active thinking,innovation and continuous improvement in the cultural construction of hospital departments.
