新时代背景下高校附属医院意识形态工作的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of ideological work in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities in the new era

意识形态工作作为党的一项极端重要的工作,关乎旗帜、关乎道路、关乎国家政治安全。本文以笔者所任职的江苏大学附属医院为例,探讨了新时代背景下医院意识形态工作的一些实践与经验,旨在提升该领域的工作能力和管理水平。

Ideological work,as an extremely important work of the party,is related to the flag,the road and the national political security. Taking the affiliated hospital of jiangsu university where the author works as an example,this paper discusses some practice and experience of ideological work in the hospital under the background of the new era,in order to improve the working ability and management level in this field.
