广西某三级公立医院多学科诊疗模式的实践与探讨

The practice and exploration of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode in a tertiary Public Hospital in Guangxi

多学科协作诊疗模式有利于提高医疗质量,为患者提供更优质、有效的个体化综合性诊疗方案,体现以病人为中心,促进医疗资源的优化配置,实现经济和社会效益的最大化。目前广西某三级公立医院多学科诊疗模式的实施存在制度流程不够完善、合理合规性的问题、没有形成固定的MDT病种团队、缺乏收费依据准则、缺乏相应的教学模式、医务人员开展MDT积极性不高等问题。应该完善相应制度流程、成立多学科协作诊疗专业团队、设立多学科诊疗门诊、制订合理的收费标准、建立相适应的教学方式、增强宣传力度、加强智慧信息化建设,以此积极推广多学科协作诊疗模式,有效促进优质医疗资源的整合。

The multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment mode is conducive to improving the quality of medical treatment,providing patients with better and effective individualized comprehensive diagnosis and treatment programs,reflecting the patient-centeredness,promoting the optimal allocation of medical resources,and achieving the maximization of economic and social benefits. At present,there are some problems in the implementation of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode in a tertiary public hospital in Guangxi,such as imperfect system process,reasonable compliance,lack of a fixed MDT disease team,lack of charging criteria,lack of corresponding teaching mode,and low enthusiasm of medical staff to carry out MDT. We should improve the corresponding system and process,establish a multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment team,set up a multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment clinic,formulate reasonable charging standards,establish a teaching method suitable for the model,strengthen publicity and information construction,so as to actively promote the multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model and effectively promote the integration of high-quality medical resources.
