摘要
人力资源是医院最重要、最核心的资源,医院如何在管理过程中掌握"激励员工"这门艺术,使员工发挥最大潜能进而留住人才,是医疗机构永恒的主题。笔者从激励方式、现有激励方法的弊端以及激励实效性的路径等方面进行探讨。
Human resources are the most important and core resources in hospitals. How to master the art of"offering incentives for employees"in the management process so that employees can give full play to their potential and retain talents is the eternal theme of medical institutions. The author discusses ways of giving incentives,the defects of the existing ways of offering incentives and ways of creating effective incentives.
