基于病种分值下公立医院住院医师绩效考核的研究

Research on the resident doctors’ performance of public hospitals based on disease score

在医药卫生体制改革(以下简称"医改")的背景下,公立医院需主动作为,提高住院医师对病种分值的关注度,促使住院医师主动收治高质量病人,合理控制病种费用和优化费用结构,并抓好病案质量特别是病案首页质量。通过公立医院绩效试点改革,把病种分值植入住院医师绩效考核,并使之成为医院激励住院医师的重要手段和方法。以病种分值作为绩效考核指标能够切实减轻病人的经济负担,缩短住院天数,提高病人的治疗质量,并且提升医生的成就感。

Against the backdrop of the reform of Medical and health system,public hospitals need to take the initiative to focus the resident’s attention on the disease score,promote the resident to actively receive and treat high quality patients,control the disease costs reasonably and optimize the structure of expense and improve the quality of medical records especially that of the initial page of medical records. Through the pilot reform of performance in public hospitals,the disease score is implanted into the performance assessment of the resident,and becomes an important incentive for the resident in public hospitals. The performance assessment based on disease score can reduce the financial burden of patients effectively,shorten the hospitalization days,improve the treatment quality of patients and enhance the resident’s sense of accomplishment at the same time.
