The health of Women and children is the key to maintaining social stability and ensuring the sustainable development of society as well as one of the main indicators to evaluate social and economic development and cultural construction. Great importance has been attached to the health of women and children by the government and all sectors of society in China,a country with a large population and a big annual increase in population. The maternity and Child Healthcare( MCH) hospital is a front-line unit to ensure the safety and health of women and children,and has irreplaceable social value. How to promote the talent construction and ensure the sustainable development of MCH hospital by effective means is an effective way to maximize the social value of MCH hospitals. This paper will analyze the current situation of talent construction in a maternity and child healthcare hospital in Shenzhen,and analyze the effective methods of talent introduction,talent training and related management.
