某三甲医院药占比目标值管理成效分析

Analysis of target value management effect of drug proportion in a class a tertiary hospital

目的分析和评价我院通过药占比目标值管理的控制成效。方法收集我院2017年8月-2018年8月全年各住院科室药占比数据为对照期,2018年9月-2019年9月各住院科室药占比为目标值管理期,描述分析医院通过目标值管理药占比控制效果。结果医院通过对药占比的目标值管理,部分科室药占比及全院药占比与对照期比下降。结论通过药占比的目标值管理能有效控制药占比过快增长。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the control effect of our hospital through drug proportion target value management. Methods The drug proportion data of each inpatient department in our hospital from August 2017 to August2018 were collected as the control period,and that of each inpatient department from September 2018 to September 2019 was designated as the target value management period. The control effect of the drug proportion managed by the target value was described and analyzed. Results The proportion of drugs in some departments and that in the whole hospital decreased compared with the control period through the management of the target value of drug proportion in the hospital. Conclusion The rapid growth of drug proportion can be effectively controlled through target value management of drug proportion.
