摘要
目的探讨医院代建工程项目现状移交工作措施和方法。方法回顾分析湛江中心人民医院整体迁建项目2017年7月-9月现状移交全过程,通过核验、调试和整改,完善移交条件。结果在确保资产完好、系统运行持续稳定情况下完成移交,比原计划提前11天,无1例不良事件和安全事故;搬迁使用后,系统运行保障有力。结论只有坚持问题导向,正确处理矛盾,双向引导各参建单位求同存异,克服困难,才能确保平安顺利移交。
Objective To explore the measures and Methods of the handover of the hospital’s agent construction project in current situation. Method The whole delivery process of Central People’s Hospital of Zhanjiang from July to September 2017 was reviewed and analyzed and the conditions of delivery were improved through verification,adjustment and rectification. Result The delivery was completed 11 days ahead of schedule with no adverse events or safety incidents while the assets were intact and the system was operating continuously and steadily. After relocation and use,the system has strong operation guarantee. Conclusion Only by adhering to the problem orientation,correctly handling contradictions,guiding all participating units to seek common ground while reserving differences and overcoming difficulties can we ensure the smooth delivery.
