竹圈姜灸治疗寒湿痹阻型腰痛病的疗效观察

Therapeutic observation of the effect of bamboo ring ginger moxibustion on cold-dampness and stagnation-type low back pain

目的观察竹圈姜灸治疗寒湿痹阻型腰痛病的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月-2019年2月我院收治的76例腰痛病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。38例对照组患者针灸疗法治疗,38例观察组患者采用竹圈姜灸进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后的疼痛评估指标、WOMAC评分以及治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后的PRI、PPI以及VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后的PRI、PPI以及VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后的WOMAC各项评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为92. 1%,明显高于对照组的76. 3%,两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对于寒湿痹阻型腰痛病炎患者而言,采用竹圈姜灸治疗是一种有效的治疗方式,能促进腰椎的功能恢复,有助于改善腰部功能,有较好的治疗效果,可推广于临床。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of bamboo ring ginger moxibustion in the treatment of cold and dampness obstructive low back pain. Methods Sixty-six patients with low back pain admitted to our hospital from March to February 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups: a control group and an observation group with 38 patients in each group. The control group were treated with acupuncture therapy and the observation group were treated with bamboo ring ginger moxibustion. The pain assessment index,WOMAC score and treatment effect before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The PRI,PPI and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The PRI,PPI and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,which was of statistical significance( P < 0. 05);the WOMAC scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 1%,significantly higher than that of the control group,which stood at 76. 3%,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion For patients with cold and dampness-type low back pain,the use of bamboo ring ginger moxibustion is an effective treatment,which can facilitate the recovery of lumbar spine function,help improve the waist function,and has a better therapeutic effect. It is thus worthy of clinic promotion.
