Research on Antimicrobial Monitoring Platform Based on Big Data

笔者利用大数据技术,通过深度剖析临床实际需求,采集海量抗菌药物用药数据,利用专业化数据清洗工具,整理成系统可识别的、可分析的数据模型,再以专业知识仓库和临床药学数据仓库为基础的二大知识仓库的基础上,建立基于药物咨询及用药安全监测系统、处方审核与点评系统和抗菌药物管理系统3大系统的抗菌药物监测平台。

By using big data technology,the author analyzes the actual clinical needs in depth,collects a large amount of antibacterial drug use data,uses specialized data cleaning tools,and arranges them into a systematic recognizable and analyzable data model.Then,based on the two knowledge warehouses,which are specialized knowledge warehouse and clinical pharmacy data warehouse,the author establishes a drug consultation and drug safety monitoring system,prescription review and comment system and antimicrobial management system.
