基于互联互通的医院信息平台建设与应用研究

随着医改的全面深入,医院信息化水平对于推动健康中国和医疗服务模式的转变起着越来越重要的积极作用。医院信息系统互联互通标准化成熟度测评是检验医院信息化水平的有力工具,通过以评促改、以评促建和以评促用,能够促进医院信息化平台朝着智能化、高度共享和统一管理的方向发展。笔者介绍了医院信息系统互联互通测评的建设过程和工作成效,根据国家卫健委政策要求分析医院的信息化现状,在建设中依靠科学的管理办法对医院现有业务流程和业务数据进行标准化建设,全面升级医院现有应用系统和信息平台,形成符合自身特色和发展需要的信息化体系,通过互联互通测评提升医院整体信息化应用水平。
