摘要
通过对比分析VAR炉与电子束冷床炉(EB炉)熔炼工艺认为EB炉可以实现硬心海绵钛熔炼,并开展硬心海绵钛在电子束冷床炉(EB炉)中的熔铸验证试验,对熔铸后钛锭进行理化分析,跟踪钛锭后续应用情况,初步验证了电子束冷床炉熔炼硬心海绵钛的可行性。
Through the contrast analysis of the VAR furnace and electron beam(EB furnace) cooling bed furnace melting process that EB furnace can realize sponge titanium smelting, and hardened his heart and hard heart titanium sponge in the electron beam(EB furnace) cooling bed furnace smelting validation test, physical and chemical analysis of titanium ingot after casting, trace titanium ingot subsequent application of preliminary verified the feasibility of the electron beam cooling bed furnace melting titanium sponge and hardened his heart.
