电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定碳化铌中钽、钛含量

摘要 用氢氟酸、硝酸溶解样品,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定碳化铌中钽、钛含量,考察了样品基体铌对待测元素的干扰影响,优选元素分析谱线和仪器最佳分析参数,采用铌基体打底配制校准曲线消除对待测元素的干扰,建立了最佳测量条件。方法检出限为钽0.000 15%、钛0.000 23%,相对标准偏差<2%,回收率在97.8%~104.0%之间,与化学法比对,结果一致,表明本方法具有很好的精密度和准确度,能够满足日常检测的需要。 Using hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid to dissolve samples, the content of tantalum and titanium in niobium carbide was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, the interference effect of sample matrix niobium on the measured elements was investigated, the optimum analysis parameters of elemental Analysis spectral line and instrument were optimized, and the calibration curve of niobium matrix bottom was used to eliminate the interference of the measured elements. The optimum measurement conditions are established. The method detection limit is tantalum 0.000 15%, titanium 0.000 23%, relative standard deviation <2%, recovery rate between 97.8%~104.0%,compares with chemical method, the results are consistent, indicating that this method has a good precision and accuracy, can meet the needs of daily testing.
