摘要
本研究以体育专业学生为调查对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对专业学生职业认同水平与学习动力之间的关系进行调查分析,研究表明:职业认同与学习动力之间存在显著性相关关系,为此,学生应树立正确的价值观和时间观,学校管理者应开设针对性的职业就业辅导和心理培育课程。
for professional sports students,this study uses the methods of the literature material,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the relationship between students'professional identity level and learning motivation.The study shows that there is significant correlation relationship between learning motivation and professional identity.It puts forward the countermeasures from the angle of learners and managers.
