摘要
为了解决水面垃圾清理问题,通过对现有的水面垃圾清理装置进行分析,最终利用Solidwork设计了一种新型节能环保型水面垃圾清理船。该垃圾清理船以太阳能作为动力源,通过抽水泵抽水在船头垃圾桶口水面产生漩涡,借助聚拢机构将周围水面漂浮垃圾吸入垃圾桶中,同时利用活性炭对水泵抽入的水进行净化处理。此外,船体装有基于Arduino的控制系统、蓝牙无线传输模块、视觉传感器等智控元件,既可实现人工遥控,又可自动驾驶。
In order to solve the problem of water surface garbage removal,through the analysis of the existing water surface garbage removal device,a new energy-saving and environmentfriendly water surface garbage removal ship was finally designed with Solidworks.The garbage removal vessel uses solar energy as the power source,pumps water to generate whirlpools in the water surface of the trash can mouth in the bow,sucks the floating garbage from the surrounding water surface into the trash can with the help of the gathering mechanism,and purifies the water pumped by the pump with activated carbon.The ship is also equipped with arduino-based control system,bluetooth wireless transmission module,vision sensor and other intelligent control components that can realize manual remote control and automatic driving.
