摘要 随着动车组车型、车组配属量的不断增加及列车各系统的产品升级,列车的运用、维护用的备品备件的数量和种类随之增加。对运营单位来说,需研究如何在现场精准获取零部件信息及零部件的颗粒度信息,及时反馈给主机厂或零部件生产厂商,从而及时有效地获得备品备件,保证车辆的运营和维护。对主机厂来说,对于运行单位提出的备件需求,需能快速获取精准信息,保证备品备件的正确提供。因此,创建了该车型的零部件结构树。 With the emu models,the attachment was increased,and train the system upgrade,the use of the train,with the number of spare parts and maintenance types also increase,as for operating units,how can the accurate parts information and parts of information granularity,timely feedback to the same or parts manufacturers,the timely and effective for spare parts,ensure the operation and maintenance of the vehicle;For the main engine factory,it can quickly obtain accurate information for the spare parts requirements proposed by the operating units to ensure the correct supply of spare parts.The significance of creating the component structure tree of this model lies in this.
