一种高碳纤维盘根弹性变形曲线与摩擦系数测试实验的研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对一种复合式回转窑密封装置使用的高碳纤维盘根的弹性变形曲线与盘根-钢板摩擦系数的测定,设计、制作了一台实验装置。通过实验得出了该型盘根的弹性变形曲线和盘根-钢板摩擦系数,可为密封装置的设计提供依据。该型盘根为非线性弹性变形,加载卸载后形变为2mm,盘根-钢板干摩擦系数为0.174,润滑状态摩擦系数为0.08。 A kind of experimental device was designed and fabricated for the determination of the elastic deformation curve of a high carbon fiber packing and the friction coefficient of the packing-plate used in a composite rotary kiln sealing device.The elastic deformation curve of the root and the friction coefficient of the packing-steel plate provide the basis for the design of the sealing device.The packing of the type is nonlinear elastic deformation,and the shape becomes 2 mm after loading and unloading,the dry friction coefficient of the packing-steel plate is 0.174,and the friction coefficient of the lubricating state is 0.08.
