摘要
某品牌螺旋压式塑料瓶盖与内芯仍以手工装配为主,效率低,成本高。所以,项目以该品牌水壶盖子和内芯为研究对象,研究其结构特点和装配要求,提出装配工艺与设备的技术方案。项目开发设计全自动瓶盖与内芯装配系统,根据该设备的加工特点,采用PLC控制,并且带触控屏幕,可调整内部控制时间,通过触摸屏监控系统的运行状态。设计的装配系统稳定可靠,整个瓶盖与内芯装配的密封性、抗压性、耐破性等技术指标均高于行业标准。
The screw pressing plastic bottle cap and inner core of a brand are still mainly assembled by hand,with low efficiency and high cost,so this project takes the brand water bottle cap and inner core as the research object,studies its structural characteristics and assembly requirements,puts forward the technical scheme of assembly process and equipment,and develops and designs the full-automatic bottle cap and inner core assembly system,According to the processing characteristics of the equipment,the control part adopts PLC control,and has touch screen,which can adjust the internal control time.The touch screen monitors the operation status of the system.The designed assembly system is stable and reliable,and the technical indexes of the whole assembly of the bottle cap and the inner core,such as the sealing,compression resistance and bursting resistance,are all above the industry standard.
