摘要
为解决传统乡村生活垃圾主流处理模式(填埋与焚烧)所产生的有毒气体二噁英造成的二次污染等问题,通过分析磁化热解所产生的有害气体成分,采用催化床对这些气体进行多级催化处理的方案,研制出了NS4.0生活垃圾磁化热解处理站。设备经过为期一年的运行,处理能力和处理效果均已达到设计要求。经具有CMA资质第三方检测机构对设备终端排放的气体进行检测,各项指标均低于国家排放标准。此外,设备占地面积小,运行成本低,操作与维护简单,可有效解决长期困扰乡村的生活垃圾处理问题。
In order to solve the problems caused by the toxic gas dioxin and secondary pollution caused by the traditional rural domestic waste treatment mode(landfill and incineration),the components of harmful gases generated by magnetization pyrolysis were analyzed.At the same time,a multi-stage catalytic treatment scheme for these gases using a catalytic bed was developed to develop a NS4.0 domestic garbage magnetization pyrolysis treatment station.After one year of operation,the equipment’s processing capacity and processing effect have met the design requirements.After the third-party testing agency with CMA qualification tests the gas emitted from the equipment terminal,all indicators are lower than the national emission standards.The equipment has a small floor area,low operating costs,simple operation and maintenance,and can effectively solve the problem of domestic garbage treatment that has long plagued the countryside.
