摘要
随着国家节能减排政策的逐渐落实,一种重卡驾驶室翻转机构零部件总成需要做优化设计,达到降低总质量的目的,为了满足产品设计要求,必须对一些关键零部件做疲劳试验。主要讨论一种重卡驾驶室翻转机构总成台架试验系统的建立以及疲劳试验方案的实施。
With the gradual implementation of national energy conservation and emission reduction policy,new requirements have been put forward for the lightweight design of heavy trucks.Many component assemblies need to be optimized to achieve the purpose of reducing weight.In order to meet product design requirements,fatigue tests must be carried out on some key components.This paper mainly discusses the establishment of a bench test system for the overturning mechanism assembly of heavy truck cab and the implementation of fatigue test scheme.
