湿式离合器电磁阀颤振电流参数自动化标定

摘要 为克服传统人工手动标定方法存在的效率低、主观评价偏差大等缺点,研究了湿式离合器颤振电流参数自动化标定的应用方法。选定滞环宽度和稳定油压振幅作为电磁阀的性能评价指标,基于INCA-FLOW进行自动化试验,利用MATLAB进行自动化数据分析,得到了电磁阀性能最优的颤振电流参数。湿式离合器换挡试验结果表明,自动化标定得到的颤振电流参数提高了电磁阀的响应速度和油压稳定能力。 In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional manual manual calibration methods such as low efficiency and large subjective evaluation bias,this paper studied the application method of automatic calibration of wet clutch flutter current parameters.Hysteresis width and stable oil pressure amplitude were selected as performance evaluation indexes for solenoid valve.Based on INCA-FLOW for automated experiments and MATLAB for automated data analysis,the best dither current parameters for solenoid valve were obtained.The results of the wet clutch shift test show that the dither current parameters obtained by the automatic calibration improve the response speed and oil pressure stability of the solenoid valve.
