摘要
通过内环凸轮优化前磨削试验数据的分析可知,磨床砂轮在进给方向(Y轴)存在0.000655的传动误差,并且利用在加工程序中加入进给补偿程序R102=R102+0.000655的方法消除了这种误差,为数控磨床在节约维修成本及时间方面提供了一定的参考。
Through the analysis of the grinding test data before the optimization of the inner ring cam,it is found that there is a transmission error of 0.000655 in the feed direction(Y-axis)of the grinding wheel of the grinder,and this error is eliminated by adding the feed compensation program R102=R102+0.000655 in the processing program,which provides a certain reference value for the digital controlled grinder in saving the maintenance cost and time.
