摘要
焊缝重合和焊缝过近容易导致热影响区重合,使被覆盖区域受热增加,对于有热裂纹倾向的钢材容易造成金属晶粒组织发生变化,从而产生应力集中,致使材料性能变差,产生裂纹,结构破坏。根据现场众多工程实际案例,简单介绍海洋平台结构节点处焊缝重合及过近的主要形式,以及此类问题的常规处理方法,最后对如何规避此类问题提出了一些建议。
The overlap of welds and too close welds can easily lead to the overlap of heat affected zones,which increases the heating of the covered area.For steels with a tendency to thermal cracks,it is easy to cause the metal grain structure to change,resulting in stress concentration and poor material properties.Cracks and structural damage occur.Based on the actual case of field engineering,this paper briefly introduces the conventional treatment methods for the problem of weld overlap and over-proximity at structural nodes.Finally,some suggestions are made to avoid such problems.
