浅谈半硬橡胶衬里在设备上的应用

Application of Semi-rigid Rubber Lining in Equipment

橡胶衬里是一种应用广泛的防腐衬里,但是传统硬质衬里不耐低温,遇碰撞易裂。半硬质衬里由于自身的特性,能够很好地克服上述问题。半硬质衬里施工难度相对较高,除了需要熟练的操作人员,还需要在结构上做出一定改进,有利于实际操作。

Rubber lining is a widely used lining.But traditional hard lining is not good at low temperature resistance,and crack is easily appeared when there was an impact.Semi hard rubber can overcome the problem due to the special properties.It is more difficult to apply the semi hard rubber.It not only requires professional worker,but also needs some improvements in steel structure which will lower the difficult.Base on the experience of the author,this article will do a simple discussion.
