摘要 隔离锁是门系统一个安全部件,其解锁和锁闭的灵活性、可靠性和稳定性至关重要。针对隔离锁解锁和锁闭过程中存在的缺陷,运用六西格玛方法和工具对缺陷进行分类,利用柏拉图找出主要缺陷为锁芯转轴窜动和下沉以及钥匙插拔困难。针对主要缺陷进行因素筛选和分析,发现转轴的尺寸、橡胶垫厚度是影响转轴窜动量的主要因素,而锁头缺口对中程度是影响钥匙插拔困难的主要因素。通过调整转轴和橡胶垫的尺寸改善转轴窜动问题,通过优化锁头装配工艺改善锁头缺口对中问题,最终隔离锁合格率从0%提升至73%,减少了门板的返修,降低了客户投诉,提高了客户满意度。 The isolation lock is a safety component of the door system,and its flexibility,reliability and stability of unlocking and locking are very important.Aiming at the defects existing in the process of unlocking and locking the isolation lock,six sigma method and tools are used to classify the defects,and Plato used to find out the main defects are the movement and sinking of the rotating shaft and the difficulty of key insertion and extraction.The main defects are screened and analyzed.It is found that the size of shaft and the thickness of rubber pad are the main factors that affect the movement of shaft,and the degree of lock-head center gap is the main factor that affects the difficulty of key insertion and removal.The problem of rotating shaft movement was improved by adjusting the size of rotating shaft and rubber pad,and the problem of locking notch alignment was improved by optimizing the lock assembly process.In the end,the qualified rate of isolation lock increased from 0%to 73%,which reduced the repair of door panels,reduced customer complaints and improved customer satisfaction.
