摘要 数控机床是机械制造加工行业的基础设备。随着计算机辅助设计与制造技术在数控机床的应用和改进升级其控制系统,基于CAD/CAM的机械数控集成系统日益成熟,对机械制造加工的精度、柔性、效率、质量等有显著提升。因此,研究分析基于CAD/CAM的机械数控集成系统的软硬件设计和应用,以期展现出数控集成系统的智能化、现代化和自动化应用优势,提高机械制造加工的产品质量。 Numerical control machine tool is the basic equipment of the mechanical manufacturing industry.With the application and improvement of the computer aided design and manufacturing technology in the numerical control machine tool,the control system of the mechanical numerical control integrated system based on CAD / CAM is becoming more and more mature,which has a significant improvement in the accuracy,flexibility,efficiency and quality of the mechanical manufacturing and processing.In this paper,the software and hardware design and application of the CNC integrated system based on CAD / CAM are studied and analyzed in order to show the advantages of the intelligent,modern and automatic application of the CNC integrated system and improve the product quality of mechanical manufacturing and processing.
